Target Audience
This new workshop is recommended for Leaders who would like to strengthen their skills in dealing with Confrontational issues. It is also recommended for anyone who has successfully completed the Front Line Leadership Program and feel that they can benefit from building on the basics they have already learned in the Dealing with Differences unit.
