Jody has led numerous Lean initiatives and is a change agent who facilitates the process of Lean discovery to quickly make an impact on the way people think. As a critical first step in generating change, Jody works with leaders in organizations to define a business case for change, with clear timelines and goals.
Having worked as a consultant with major companies, the public sector, family businesses, service providers and numerous other organizations; his approach leads to dramatic solutions while always working on “The Big Picture” by way of daily improvements driven by engaging every team member.
Jody has a proven ability to help companies achieve exceptional results by identifying where to eliminate waste, reduce inventory levels, lead times and handle quality issues while creating value for the customer and improving the bottom line throughout the entire organization.
Jody holds a C.P.P./S.C.M.P. designation from The Purchasing Management Association of Canada, a Lean Certification from The University of Tennessee, a Diploma in Management from the University of Calgary and is a Ticketed Journeyman .
