Meet Susan Stitches ...
Susan graduated as a Quality Technician from Northeastern College in 1996. In the fall of 1996 she landed a job as an Assistant Quality Technician with SVAC. In 1999 she was promoted to Senior Quality Technician and was charged with all aspects of quality for SVAC. In 2001 she received her diploma in physiotherapy, and continues to work at SVAC applying he reducation as a physiotherapist to teach the importance of ergonomics in the workplace. Susan trains employees on quality and how it relates to their jobs. She is also the leader on the majority of continuous improvement projects that are currently in place at SVAC.
