Meet... Gabriela B Bernardo, Coordinator
Chances are great that it is her voice you hear when you call the office. The title of Coordinator allows her the opportunity to engage in many of the business activities conducted through HPS from coordinating Consortium and public events and workshops, handling customer inquiries such as the whereabouts of their favorite consultant, editing and organizing materials and websites, workshop logistics such as travel arrangements, office operations management, and of course Customer Care.
Gabriela has over 20 years of Financial Industry experience. Over the years she has had the privilege to work with various financial institutions with respect to Personal individual portfolios as well as with working with many small and large cap companies across South Western Ontario.
As an Account Manager with her Canadian Securities Course, she actively managed a portfolio of 300 households and achieved sales of over $5,000,000 a year. Her extensive experience has made her very effective in establishing strong internal and external partnerships and in managing financial Investment Assets and Credit Lending portfolios.
Her own portfolio of experiences is comprised from various jobs such as:Student Labourer-Plant Labour, Service-Hospitality, Bookkeeping, Financial Sales and Service-Account Manager(Personal and Business)Sales-Business Development Manager and now the world of Consortiums and Consulting.
Her dedication to excellent customer service is what makes her day more enjoyable. She believes that a positive, direct relationship with clients continually reinforces the added value of the products and services she is recommending. With this comes the trust to earn more business or even a referral which is a very good thing to take away at the end of each day.
When she is not at work, she is spending her time at her other job of being a mother and wife. She enjoys supporting her family in their various chosen extra curricular activities such as music, skating and soccer.
