An HPS Consultant’s role is one of coach in helping companies succeed in meeting their current and future business goals and objectives with regards to production and manufacturing strategies. This is accomplished through the use and sustainment of Lean Implementation Solutions including Continuous Improvement Planning, Team Relationship and Problem Solving Exercises, Diagnostic Assessments, Follow through on success of change initiatives and Organizational Performance reporting.
 
An ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:
  • Relevant industry and management experience
  • Knowledge of Lean Operating systems
  • Plant and Office experience would be an asset
  • Committed to Environmental sustainability and Community support
  • Focused on Teamwork and Customer success
We are a nation wide company with our Head office based in Kitchener, Ontario.
