This effective tool - delivered only by a Lean practitioner with years of direct experience in operations - provides companies with an analysis that may either confirm the correctness of their desired direction, or, it may provide invaluable insights into alternatives that could provide high value. 

This 3 day on-site analysis will provide the data and the recommendations needed to mover forward with confidence.  In most cases, the practical recommendations provided from this Analysis – when implemented – will cover the cost of this analysis many times over.

The Diagnostic Assessment typically requires three days on-site to understand the chemistry and culture, and one day of compilation and writing.  Corporate staff agrees to be available for telephone conversations, email responses and to provide requested data, which may be needed in completing the analysis in a timely fashion.
