The Practice of Leadership & Coaching Program

This 5-month process is designed to develop people - at all levels - to lead to the best of their ability and become skilled in coaching others.  It is leadership combined with the ability to build relationships that will give people, and our companies, the winning competitive edge.

Success demands no less than a clear, shared vision, a force of will, and a proven road map put in place by coaching skills that deliver the confidence & empowerment that comes from the ability to make our internal and external customers successful.  This process provides the tools and the coaching to succeed.

Participants Will Learn:

  • Through three intensive 2-day learning sessions and one concluding consolidation and transition session
  • By establishing personal and work goals and breakthroughs to be achieved over the 5 months
  • By being coached continuously.  Regular telephone coaching keeps the focus on the results to be achieved while building the confidence and competence needed to use the new skills
  • How to coach by coaching others.  Participants are paired with a 'buddy' from another company to gain insights into how other companies compete and win
  • How to invent the future that is needed and the skills needed to make it happen

Specific Objectives:
This proven 5-month process will bring change and results as it will enable you to:

  • Discover and develop the powerful leadership skills within you and your associates that are aligned with your company vision and mission

  • Deliver world class customer satisfaction through a seamless management-employee-customer chain
