 The Sustainable Organization program accelerates continuous improvement initiatives by:

• Providing the thinking on the application of the tools to achieve the organization’s Vision
• Creating the basis for long term growth through the development of Senior Leadership Skills and engagement of the whole organization’s employees and partners
• Increasing the ability to think globally by focusing on a common Strategic Vision, but also providing the ability to adapt the thinking to meet local business requirements  
• Understanding of the balance needed between the three dimensions of Social, Economic and Environmental Sustainability to truly achieve optimum results 
  

	Program Overview This management philosophy is comprised of 5 Sustainable Organization Building Blocks and 10 Sustainable Organization Operating Principles. The program is delivered through a “learn and do” approach with a specific focus for each level of leadership in the organization. It is customized to complement and accelerate other organizational initiatives by aligning them to the organization’s vision, strategy and objectives.
